1) Are prices standard/set prices?

- Prices are subject to change and prices don't include the delivery fee or tax fee.

2) Are delivery fee's standard/set prices?

- Delivery fees vary based on location and rentals items.

3) Are there any additional fee's?

- There are late fee's for requested late pick-ups or next day pick-ups which range is $65+.

4)Do you allow a pick-up option for any rentals?

- We don't allow a pick-up option for any rentals. NO EXCEPTION!

5)Do you require a signed contract?

- Yes, we require a signed contract for all services both events and rentals.

6)Do you require a minimum for rental orders?

- Yes, we require a minimum of $300+ before delivery/tax. The minimum can be higher depending on the location.

7)Do you require to keep a payment on file?

- Yes, we require a credit card to remain on file until rentals are returned and free of damages and lack missing parts.

8) Are there any physical locations to see the rentals or pick up?

- No, we don't have a physical location and we don't allow pick-ups.

9)What information is required to secure a rental request?

- Please submit inquiry including full name, full address, email, contact#, pick up/drop off times and requested rentals.
